Why I Built This

how I train.
Here's the answer.
I wasn't always built like this. I had barely any muscle — not skinny fat, not overweight, just underdeveloped. No frame, no definition, no idea where to actually start.
The problem wasn't effort. It was not having a plan built for the look I actually wanted. Every plan I found was either generic bulk advice or weight loss content. Nothing was designed for the Aesthetic Frame.
So I built my own. Figured out which exercises actually develop the right proportions. Dialled in the nutrition to stay lean while building muscle. Created a structure I've followed consistently — and the results are what you see every time I post.
Now I turned that system into something you can use. Answer 3 questions, and it builds your version — adapted to your body, your starting point, your numbers. Not my plan copied. Your plan built from mine.
